ATG squats, whether you are intermediate or advanced, with light weights or heavy, produces best quad growth. I was always a parallel squater(with nearly 30 years of natural lifting) but recently i ditched all the weights and started working on ATG movement, very light weight. It's awesome.

Ive been playing metal guitar for 20_ years among live bands, recording, mastering, producing, etc) regardless i literally got a hair up my ass a Few weeks ago seemingly out of nowhere and got to work on a (Deathcore/Death Metal/Djent/Industrial Hellscape concept album) about a Cyborg/Machine War against humankind. Its in the Mastering phase but again, Cheer brother. I called my the "Band" [STROGG], which is what the Quake 2 enemy army was called. The Title of the album is called "Cerebral Bore".
